We offer a 7-day return & exchange policy in Pakistan. You can request a return if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect and is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

To request, email team.selsa.beauty@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and clear photos. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via Bank Transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
